  Tank Bigsby forced 14 missed tackles against Arkansas. "He's very determined," Shaquanna Bigsby said. "Tank is the type of person, even growing up, if there's something that he loves, he wants to complete it. He wants to go ahead and do it until he masters it - whether it's a sport, whether it's his grades, regardless what it is, if it's something that he cares about and enjoys doing it, he's going to make the best out of it. He's always been that way since a kid." That's a trait he inherited from his parents, both of whom share that same desire to master something and "get the job done" when they set their sights on a goal or task at hand. And Bigsby's goals for himself are grand.

He wants to make it to the NFL, of course, but his desire is to do more than just make a career out of playing football. He wants to be great - and in the conversation with the best running backs to come through Auburn. That includes his current position coach, Cadillac Williams, whose own records - such as the program's career touchdown mark - Bigsby hopes to break before his time on the Plains ends. "I think that desire comes from his heart," Wiggins said. "He just - he's got a desire to play the highest level. When he steps on the field, he's one of the greatest competitors that I've ever been around." - Birmingham News
