  Draft Scout by Conference

All-America running back Alex Ramsey won't play for The Citadel against Clemson - or ever for the Bulldogs. Ramsey transferred to The Citadel in May as a graduate student from VMI, where he led the Southern Conference with 1,326 rushing yards and 22 touchdowns last season. He also had 50 catches and was named second-team FCS All-American by the Associated Press. The Salem, Va., native opted out this season because of COVID-19 concerns. Although the SoCon canceled its fall season, The Citadel was able to put together a four-game schedule that included Saturday at Clemson. - Greenville News
