  A third Auburn player has opted out of the 2021 season. Josh Marsh, a redshirt sophomore linebacker, has decided to opt out of the upcoming season, he announced on Twitter. Marsh joins fellow linebacker Chandler Wooten and defensive back Traivon Leonard as Auburn players who have chosen to sit out the season amid health and safety concerns due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A source told AL.com that Marsh informed Gus Malzahn and the team of his choice on Friday before making his announcement. Marsh revealed in his announcement that he contracted the coronavirus and is still experiencing complications from the disease. - Birmingham News
