TCU has sent at least one player to the Senior Bowl every year since 2015. That streak has a strong chance of staying in tact in 2021. Horned Frogs linebacker Garret Wallow is already generating early buzz from Senior Bowl officials going into next season. Jim Nagy, the bowl game' executive director, posted on social media Monday morning about Wallow. "TCU football had four players drafted in first three rounds in 2020 but one key returner the Senior Bowl can't wait to see is Big 12 leading tackler WLB Garret Wallow," Nagy posted on his Twitter account. "The converted safety stood out on junior tape with his instincts and closing burst."

Wallow had a standout junior season in 2019, leading the Big 12 with 125 tackles. Of those 125 tackles, 18 were for loss including 3.5 sacks. He also had one interception and two QB hurries. Wallow was named first-team All-Big 12 by the coaches and Associated Press, and was an honorable mention for All-Big 12 defensive player of the year. - Fort Worth Star
