He recorded 89 tackles, 5.0 tackles for loss, and four interceptions during the season. Hatton finished seventh among the PFL's tacklers in total tackles and fourth in interceptions. - Pioneer Football League

  WEEK 11 PIONEER FOOTBALL LEAGUE DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Chase Hatton, Marist (Freshman, Safety, West Chester, Pennsylvania),...Hatton picked off two passes, both in a decisive second quarter, as Marist posted a 41-13 victory against Stetson. He also had a game-best 12 tackles (three solo), a pass breakup, and a half tackle for loss in just three quarters of action. Hatton kicked off Marist's 28-point second quarter with an interception on the first play of the half and a six-yard return to set up a scoring drive. Six minutes later, he had his second interception of the first play of a drive, this time in Stetson territory, which turned into the quarter's third touchdown on the next play. He followed that up in the third quarter with a pass breakup and a tackle for loss on Stetson's first drive. - Pioneer Football League
