WEEK 8 SUN BELT SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Lorcan Quinn, Marshall,(Fr., K – Donaghmore, Ireland),...Thundering Herd freshman kicker Lorcan Quinn tied a Marshall single-game program record with four field goals in a 40-37 double overtime win over Texas State. The Donaghmore, Ireland, product went a perfect 4-for-4 on field goal attempts, scoring 14 points with field goals of 48, 31, 27 and 23 yards. Quinn, who owns the Sun Belt's longest field goal of the season at 53 yards and leads the confere nce with 12 field goals made, also placed all seven of his kickoffs into the end zone with six being touchbacks. - Sun Belt football
