WEEK 8 PIONEER FOOTBALL LEAGUE SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Thomas Schwartz V, Morehead State (Junior (RS), Kicker, Treynor, Iowa),...Attempting field goals for the first time this season, Schwartz connected on a pair, including the game-winner with three seconds remaining, as Morehead State toppled Marist 23-21 in PFL action. Schwartz has mainly handled kickoff duties only for the Eagles until Week 8, but started his day with a 40-yard field goal to give Morehead State a 13-0 halftime lead.
