2023 CIAA FOOTBALL OFFENSIVE ROOKIE OF THE YEAR: Isiah Teal, Bluefield State,...In the first year back in the CIAA, five Big Blue were named to 2023 CIAA All-CIAA Teams. TJ Gunter, Justin Campbell, and Jaylyn Norris were named to the All-Conference Secon d Team and Isiah Teal and Daniel Hutton were named to the Offensive All-CIAA Rookie Team. Teal (QB) from Jacksonville, Florida, completed 113 out of 225 attempts on the year. Teal threw for 1,419 yards with 13 touchdowns. - CIAA Football
