WEEK 8 MISSOURI VALLEY SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK: PK Zeke Mata, South Dakota, 5-11, 200, R-Sr., San Marcos, Calif.,...Mata was the difference in the 17-14 victory at Northern Iowa. Right before the half, Mata drilled a 58-yard field goal to set a program record for longest field goal. The kick proved to be the game-winning score. It tied for the second-longest field goal ever made in MVFC history, one-yard behind the conference record. For Mata, he's now a perfect 3-for-3 on field goals in his ca reer from 50+ yards with all three field goals being made from 50+ yards. - Missouri Valley Football
