  Blake Horvath rushed for four touchdowns, Coleman Cauley forced two big turnovers, and Navy scored 21 points in the fourth quarter to hold off Florida Atlantic 42-32 on Saturday night, extending the Midshipmen's win streak to a program-tying 10. Navy (7-0, 5-0 American Conference) last won 10 straight in 1959-60 and is 7-0 for the first time since '78. Horvath scored on a pair of 7-yard runs in the first half when Navy took a 21-13 lead. After Alex Tecza scored from the 1 in the fourth quarter, Horvath added 19-and 31-yard TDs following a forced fumble and an interception by Cauley, making his first start, to lead 41-19. The Owls (3-5, 2-3) scored two touchdowns in the final two minutes.

Horvath finished with 174 yards rushing on 21 carries and passed for 83 more. Brandon Chatman rushed 141 yards on 10 carries and Braxton Woodson added a TD in a 397-yard ground game. Caden Veltkamp, who came leading the nation at 30.8 completions per game, was 25 of 41 for 299 yards passing, two touchdowns and an interception for the Owls, who rushed for only 69 yards.   Blake Horvath threw for 141 yards and a touchdown, and he ran for 155 yards and two scores, including a 51-yard go-ahead touchdown late in the fourth quarter, as Navy rallied past Temple 32–31 on Saturday to remain unbeaten. Navy (6–0, 4–0 American) improved to 6–0 for the first time since 2019 and extended its road winning streak to five games. Horvath accounted for 296 total yards, completing a 50-yard touchdown pass to Cody Howard in the first quarter before sealing the comeback with his long sprint down the left sideline with just over two minutes to play. The Midshipmen trailed by 10 midway through the third but outscored Temple 18–7 the rest of the way.

Alex Tecza added 30 rushing yards and a 2-yard touchdown, and Nathan Kirkwood made a 48-yard field goal that tied the game at 24 early in the fourth. Navy's triple-option attack churned out 243 rushing yards while averaging 6.6 yards per carry. Evan Simon threw for 332 yards and a touchdown and added a 2-yard scoring run for the Owls (3–3, 1–1). Jay Ducker rushed for 97 yards and two touchdowns, including a 1-yard plunge that briefly gave Temple a 31–24 lead with 3:48 remaining.   Quarterback Blake Horvath ran for 110 yards and two touchdowns, Alex Tecza added 104 yards and Navy turned back Rice 21-13 on Saturday. The Midshipmen have won seven-straight games and started 4-0 in back-to-back seasons for the first time since 1978-79. MarcAnthony Parker's 13 tackles sparked a Navy defense that held Rice to 234 total yards, which included a pair of scoring drives in the fourth quarter that totaled 115 yards.

Horvarth scored on an 8-yard run in the second quarter and a 2-yard run in the fourth. Wide receiver Luke Hutchinson scored on a 2-yard reverse in to open the scoring. Navy piled up 283 yards on the ground and Horvath was 8-of-13 passing for 172 yards with an interception. The Midshipmen (4-0, 3-0 American Athletic Conference) finished with 455 total yards. Rice (3-2, 1-1) intercepted Horvath late in the third quarter and turned that into a 35-yard field goal by Enoch Gota.   Blake Horvath rushed for 159 yards and a touchdown to lead a 369-yard rushing performance from Navy, en route to a 42-23 win over Tulsa on Saturday night. Horvath opened the game with three consecutive turnovers, leading to a 14-point first quarter deficit. He was intercepted on the third offensive play of the game, leading to an opening rushing touchdown for Dominic Richardson. He lost a fumble on the next drive, and two drives later, was intercepted again, leading to a Baylor Hayes rushing touchdown.<p>

At that point, Horvath was 1-for-3 with two interceptions and a lost fumble. He went 5-for-7 with a touchdown and 84 yards from that point on. Alex Tecza and Eli Heidenreich both rushed for 72 yards for Navy (3-0, 2-0 American Athletic Conference). Tecza had two touchdowns. Heidenreich and Brandon Chatman had one apiece. Tulsa (1-2, 0-1) linebacker Ray Coney had a game-high 14 tackles for Tulsa. MarcAnthony Parker had 11 tackles and two for a loss, along with a half sack for Navy.   Blake Horvath accounted for three touchdowns and Navy forced three turnovers and shut out UAB in the second half for a 38-24 victory on Saturday in the American Conference opener for both teams. Horvath's 4-yard touchdown run late in the third quarter gave Navy a 31-24 lead. Alex Tecza bullied into the end zone from the 1 to cap an 82-yard drive to open the fourth for the Midshipmen.

Horvath completed 6 of 8 passes for 168 yards and threw a 63-yard touchdown pass to Luke Hutchison in the second quarter. Horvath also had a 1-yard TD run to cap the Midshipmen's opening drive. Horvath finished with 72 yards rushing and Tecza had 111 on the ground to lead Navy (2-0, 1-0). UAB (1-1, 0-1) closed the first half with a missed a field goal and then opened the second with a fumble, a punt after three plays, and two Jalen Kitna interceptions. Kitna was 22-of-32 passing for 304 yards that included a 51-yard touchdown pass to Iverson Hooks and a 25-yarder to Corri Milliner.   Blake Horvath threw two touchdowns passes, Eli Heidenreich caught two for scores and Navy opened its season with a 49-21 win over FCS Bucknell on Saturday. Braxton Woodson also saw action at quarterback and threw for one touchdown and ran for another. The QBs combined to go 10 of 19 for 173 yards, the three TDs and two interceptions. Ralph Rucker IV, who set a Bison record last year by throwing for 2,537 yards, was 11 of 24 for 122 yards and a score. TJ Cadden made five catches for 97 yards.

Rucker threw a 47-yard TD pass to wide-open Nate Anderson within the first two minutes of the game but the Midshipmen scored the next 28 points of the half, including Daba Fofana's 49-yard burst up the middle and Horvath's screen pass to Braxton Woodson, who broke tackles on his way to a 42-yard score. Bucknell cornerback Aaron Davis was injured early in the second half and was put on a stretcher. He gave a thumbs up as he was carted off. - AP College Football
