Camden Orth threw three touchdown passes in a dominant second half and Chattanooga flew past Samford 49-13 on Saturday. The Mocs (4-4, 3-1 Southern Conference) led 14-7 at halftime before Orth's touchdown passes of 4 yards to John McIntyre, 15 yards to A .J. Little and 42 yards to Jamarii Robinson made it a 35-7 early in the fourth quarter. Solomon Locke finished off the rout with touchdown runs of 35 and 31 yards later in the quarter. He finished with 115 yards on just five carries. Orth completed 11 of 20 passes for 172 yards. Little caught four passes for 93 yards. Samford's Charlie Gilliam and Brady Stober combined on 21 of 43 passing for 224 yards. Stober's 1-yard run gave Samford an early 7-0 lead but Chattanooga scored the next 35 points. Ken Che rry's 2-yard run provided the Bulldogs' other score. That extra point was blocked. - AP College Football

Camden Orth threw three of his four touchdowns in the final seven minutes of the game, including a 4-yarder to Jamarii Robinson with 11 seconds remaining, and Chattanooga rallied for a 42-38 win in a wild finish on Saturday. ETSU (3-5, 1-3 Southern) had scored 21 straight points in under four minutes of the final quarter to take a 37-21 lead but Orth hit Josh Williams for a 22-yard TD and followed that with scoring tosses to Robinson, who caught the game-winner with a leaping grab in the left corner of the end zone.The winning drive covered 67 yards in 11 plays over 1:44 after the Buccaneers turned the ball over on downs. Orth was 20 of 32 for 343 yards passing and the four scores for the Mocs (3-4, 2-1). Robinson's only two catches went for sco res while Markell Quick led with 125 yards on six catches with a TD. Justus Durant added 95 yards rushing on 21 carries. Devontae Houston rushed for 171 yards on 23 carries, including a 49-yard score for ETSU's final points. Jason Albritton added two rus hing touchdowns. Cade McNamara was 18 of 25 for 205 yards passing and a score. The teams both went over 500 yards offense. - AP College Football

Camden Orth accounted for five touchdowns, A.J. Little and Markell Quick added TD returns and Chattanooga beat Stetson 63-0 on Saturday night. Orth rushed for 118 yards on 11 carries with three touchdowns and threw for two more scores. Little returned a punt 59 yards for a touchdown in a 21-point first quarter and Quick opened the second half with a 91-yard kickoff return for a 42-0 lead. Journey Wyche had 115 yards and a TD on 16 carries and Justus Durant rushed for 103 on 13 with a score. The Mocs rus hed for 445 of their 551 total yards.After giving up 45 points to both Memphis and Tennessee Tech, the Mocs (1-2) posted their first shutout since a 31-0 win over Wofford in 2022. The 63 points were the most Chattanooga has scored since a 63-7 win over VMI in 2017. The Mocs' last punt return for a touchdown (not including blocks) came in 2014 on a 66-yarder by Tommy Hudson against Samford. Their last kickoff return for a TD was a 99-yarder by Javin Whatley against Samford in 2024. The Hatters (1- 2) had just 130 yards offense. - AP College Football

Camden Orth passed for two touchdowns, Paul Inzerillo made three field goals and Long Island University beat Central Connecticut 30-13 on Saturday for its first victory of the season. CCSU pulled within 23-13 with 8:13 left in the fourth quarter, but LIU answered with a 12-play, 76-yard drive capped by Kevin Wilson's 23-yard run. The drive took six-plus minutes off the clock. Orth was 14 of 26 for 146 yards for Long Island (1-5, 1-2 Northeast Conference). Wilson finished with 32 yards on four carries. L ong Island turned it over on its first two drives, but took a 10-6 lead in the second quarter on Orth's 8-yard connection with Derick Eugene. Inzerillo's long of 47 yards gave LIU a 16-6 lead, and Orth's 3-yard touchdown pass to Owen Glascoe made it 23-6 late in the third. Shon Mitchell was 20 of 38 for 201 yards with one touchdown and one interception for Central Connecticut (1-6, 1-2). Tyshaun James caught six passes for 113 yards and a score. - AP College Football
