WEEK 8 WALTER CAMP NATIONAL FBS DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: BRYUN PARHAM, CONNECTICUT, RS Senior, Linebacker, Long Beach, CA,...Bryun Parham had a game-high 14 tackles (9 solo) and two quarterback sacks as Connecticut (5-2) defeated Boston College, 38- 23. Parham led a Husky defensive unit that recorded seven sacks on the day. It was UConn's first win over a Power Four opponent on the road since 2012. Notes: It is the second time a Connecticut player has earned Walter Camp National Player of Week honor s since 2004.
