DEC 21 PAC-12 SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Will Shaffer, Fr., Arizona State, LB,...Shaffer made a huge special teams play with the game tied at seven in the first quarter, blocking a punt and netting a 22-yard return to set the offense up in great f ield position...The Sun Devils went on to score a touchdown on the ensuing drive, earning a lead they would never relinquish...Shaffer's blocked punt was the first by a Sun Devil since Timarcus Davis did so against No. 15 Cal on Sept. 27, 2019...He also added an assisted tackle and half a tackle for loss on defense, enjoying a breakout performance...Also nominated: Ben Griffiths, P, USC. - Pac-12 Football
