Memphis football recently added a pair of football transfers, including a former area high school standout. Former Arkansas sophomore offensive lineman Marcus Henderson committed to the Tigers after three seasons with the Razorbacks. The Tigers also adde d senior defensive lineman Joshua Ellison, who transferred from Oklahoma.Henderson attended Memphis University School, where he was a four-star recruit. He did not play in any games this season due to injuries and appeared in seven combined games in 2020 and 2021. Henderson is the third former Arkansas player to commit to Memphis since the regular season ended joining defensive back Malik Feaster and punter Reid Bauer. - Memphis Commercial Appeal
