Tyler committed to the Cowboys via social media on Dec. 12, then announced a change in plans a month later, stating he intends to finish his college football career at Minnesota."I would like to thank Oklahoma State University and the coaches for giving me an opp ortunity to further my career," Tyler wrote in a Twitter post. "After some deep thinking and talking with my family, I will not be attending OSU. With that being said I'll be finishing my collegiate career at the University of Minnesota. Forever grateful for the opportunity!" Tyler will join former teammates and fellow WMU starters Ryan Selig (linebacker) and Corey Crooms (receiver) on Minnesota's 2023 roster. - Kalamazoo Gazette
