The term "freak" has been thrown around to describe the 6-6, 245 lb. redshirt freshman from Shreveport-based powerhouse Evangel Christian Academy. Overshadowed on an Evangel defense featuring LSU signees Micah Baskerville and Davin Cotton, Cole was a sle eper addition to ULM's 2018 recruiting class. He made the most of his redshirt year by adding 20 lbs. in the weight room and most likely will see the field on third downs and passing situations. Not only can Cole rush the passer, he blocked two punts dur ing ULM's spring scrimmages and returned one for a touchdown. - The News-Star
