2022 ALL-CAA FOOTBALL FIRST TEAM: Skyler Davis, Elon, PK, Sr., Acworth, Ga.,...Senior kicker Skyler Davis has been one of the most reliable kickers in the country at any level of college football this year. He has made 5-of-6 field goals from 50 yards or further and is the only kicker in the country to have made five from at least 50 yards out this year. Overall, he is 16-of-20 on field goals and has been the team's primary kickoff specialist, booting 75 percent of his 60 kickoffs for touchbacks. Davis broke the school record with a 53-yard field goal against Delaware and became the program's FCS career scoring leader and career field goals made leader. He is currently tied for eighth in FCS history in career field goals made with 67. - Elon Football

OCT 10 CAA FOOTBALL SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Skyler Davis, Sr., PK, Elon (Acworth, Ga./Allatoona),...Davis broke Elon's career field goal record with 61 after converting kicks of 48 and 51 yards as the Phoenix beat Towson, 27-10, for its fifth s traight win. Along with making both of his FG attempts, he was 3-for-3 on PAT's and had touchbacks on 5-of-6 kickoffs. Davis ranks third on the CAA's all-time field goal list and is just three shy of second place. - CAA Football

2022 PRESEASON ALL-CAA CONFERENCE TEAM (COACHES/MEDIA): Skyler Davis, Elon, Sr., PK,...Davis made 17-of-22 field goals in 2021, including his final nine of the season. He was 9-of-10 from 40-49 yards away and became the first Elon player to make a pair o f 50-yard field goals in the same game. He tied the school record with a 52-yarder against Towson and then added another 50-yarder in that game. Davis was also 5-of-5 on field goal attempts in the win over No. 25 Rhode Island to conclude the season. - El on Football
