Louisiana football will play under the lights for nearly half of the 2022 season. In conjunction with the Sun Belt Conference, the Ragin Cajuns announced television details and kickoff times for five games. All three of UL's Sun Belt midweek games, Oct. 12 at Marshall (ESPN2), Oct. 27 at Southern Miss (ESPNU) and at home Nov. 10 versus Georgia Southern (ESPNU) landed 6:30 p.m. CT start times. Louisiana's visit to Marshall is a rematch of last season's New Orleans Bowl, a game the Cajuns won, 36-21, in f ormer coach Bill Napier's last game. But this season, it'll be a Sun Belt matchup as Marshall has left Conference USA. Southern Miss left C-USA, too. - Daily Advertiser
