  2022 ALL-MISSOURI VALLEY FOOTBALL HONORABLE MENTION: WR Ty Scott,...Scott snagged a team-high 48 pass receptions for 674 yards (14.0 yards per reception) and five touchdowns. He ranks eighth in the MVFC in receiving touchdowns, fifth in receptions per game (4.4), seventh in receiving yards (674) and 7th in receiving yards per game (61.3). He pulled in a season-high eight receptions for 160 yards at Central Arkansas on Sept. 1 and then matched that reception total with eight catches for 96 yards and three touchdowns in the MSU win over UT Martin on Sept. 8. The 2022 Preseason All-MVFC first teamer was also a 2021 All-MVFC first team selection and FCS All-American. - Missouri State Football

  SEPT 5 MISSOURI VALLEY PLAYER OF THE WEEK NOMINEE: WR Ty Scott, Missouri State - Scott posted game-highs with 8 pass receptions for 160 yards to lift Missouri State to an opening night win at Central Arkansas. He averaged 20.0 yards per reception and racked up 75 yards after catch with seven of his eight catches going for 10 or more yards. He also had three catches of 25 yards or more with a long of 41. His 160 receiving yards marked the second-highest single-game receiving total of Scott's career. - Missouri Valley Football

  Central Michigan wide receiver Tyrone Scott has entered the transfer portal. Scott announced the decision Monday in an Instagram post. Scott spent three seasons with the program. He broke out as a redshirt freshman in 2019, playing in all 14 games and making 10 starts. In that season, Scott caught 37 passes for 650 yards and five touchdowns. He caught two scores in the 2019 season opener against Albany and added another in the Mid-American Conference Championship game against Miami (Ohio). In 2020, Scott played in just two games and finished with four catches for 33 yards. - Central Michigan Life
