2020 PHIL STEELE/DRAFTSCOUT All-CAA SECOND TEAM: K Jason Hughes, New Hampshire, Sr.,...Hughes, a 2019 Phil Steele All-CAA Third Team kicker, was the Wildcats' top scorer with 62 points on 14 field goals and 24 PATs. The 5-foot-9, 193-pound placekicker ma de 14 of 17 field goal attempts (82.4 percent), including 7-for-8 from 40-plus yards, to set the school's all-time record for single-season kick percentage. Hughes hit a career long of 45 yards three times, connected on his last seven attempts of the sea son with five kicks of 42-plus yards, and hit UNH's first game-ending field goal since 2002 with a 29-yarder that lifted the 'Cats past Rhode Island, 27-24, on Sept. 21. - New Hampshire Football

2019 ALL-COLONIAL ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION THIRD TEAM (COACHES): Jason Hughes, New Hampshire, PK, Jr., Atkinson, N.H.,..Hughes was the Wildcats' top scorer with 62 points on 14 field goals and 24 PAT kicks. He made 14 of 17 field goal attempts (82.4%), inclu ding 7-for-8 on attempts of 40+ yards, and the 14 FGs marked the highest total by a UNH team since 2015. Hughes hit a career long of 45 yards three times, including back-to-back games against Duquesne and Elon University. He connected on his last seven a ttempts of the season with five kicks of 42+ yards. Hughes' other season highlights included hitting the game-winning 29-yard field goal with no time remaining vs. URI. - New Hampshire Football
