Tarleton State University is back and ready to compete at the NCAA Division I level. After going more than a full calendar year between games, the Texans are set to take the field Saturday afternoon against McNeese State in their first-ever game as a D1 program. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. CT and the game will be aired on television on FOX Sports Southwest Plus and on FOX Sports GO, a mobile extension of tv provider. - Tarleton State Football

2019 ALL-RMAC FIRST TEAM (COACHES): Tariq Bitson, R-Jr., WR, Adams State,...Bitson went out early in the game Week 9 against Angelo State with an injury and did not see action in the final two games of the 2019 campaign, but in nine performances this sea son finished with 1355 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns on 63 receptions. He was named RMAC Offensive Player of the week Week 4 for his 12 catch, 257 yard and four touchdown day against Western Colorado on September 28th. Bitson topped off his outrageou s day with a clutch game-winning touchdown reception with seconds remaining to give the Grizzlies the victory. - Adams State Football

2019 RMAC OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR (COACHES): Tariq Bitson, ASU,...Bitson makes it two straight years a Grizzly has earned Player of the Year, previously Adams State did not have one since 2004. Bitson was a monster on the field as he hauled in a tot al of 11 touchdowns and averaged an incredible 144.9 yards per game which ranks first in DII and is almost 20 yards per game ahead of second. Bitson, unfortunately, got hurt in the 9th game of the season as he was on pace to break the NCAA DII yards in a single season.
