2019 FIRST TEAM ALL-CIAA (COACHES): Place Kicker Jefferson Souza, Virginia Union,...Souza, a junior kicker from Deerfield Beach, Fla., majoring in Business Management, leads the nation in field goal percentage, hitting on 15 of 16 attempts this past seas on. He also leads VUU in scoring with 73 points. Souza made 28 extra points this season while also averaging 35.3 yards per kick while handling punting.
