He led the FCS in yards pe r reception at 24.49, catching 43 passes for 1,053 yards. He scored 10 touchdowns, including a TD in seven consecutive games. Northern Iowa played its most complete game of the season, dominating both sides of the ball en route to a 27-10 win over Illinois State. The Panthers forced four turnovers, including three on four consecutive offensive plays in the fourth quarter and he ld the Redbirds to 210 yards of total offense. Northern Iowa rose 3 spots to No. 7 while Illinois State fell 5 spots to No. 12 in this week's AFCA FCS Coaches' Top 25 Poll. North Dakota State collected its 30th straight victory and all 26 first-place vot es to remain the No. 1 team in the nation following a blowout win over Youngstown State.James Madison checks in at No. 2 after a bye week while Weber State's dominant win over then-No. 6 Sacramento State keeps them at No. 3. South Dakota State ris es one spot to No. 4 following a big win over Missouri State and Montana checks in at No. 5 for the first time in 2019 to round out the Top 5. Week 11 features another Top 15 matchup from the Missouri Valley Conference as No. 4 South Dakota State plays h ost to No. 12 Illinois State. No. 2 James Madison gets back in action this week as they take on No. 25 New Hampshire while No. 3 Weber State plays its third-straight ranked opponent against No. 22 North Dakota. OCT 28 MISSOURI VALLEY PLAYER OF THE WEEK NOMINEE: WR Isaiah Weston, UNI,...Weston had another huge day with five catches for 157 yards and two touchdowns, including a career-long 70-yard touchdown to lead UNI to a 29-6 win over Missouri State. He is now up to 10 touchdowns on the season and scored five in the last two games. He scored a 46-yard touchdown in the second quarter to put UNI up 19-0 and added the 70-yard TD in the third quarter give the Panthers a 29-0 advantage. Weston leads the FCS in yar ds per catch at 26.75. He is third in the FCS for receiving TDs, just one behind the national leaders. OCT 21 MISSOURI VALLEY OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: WR Isaiah Weston, UNI, 6-4, 208, R-So., Albertville, Minn. (St. Michael-Albertville High),...Weston tied the UNI-Dome TD reception record and racked up a career-high 189 yards receiving to lead UNI to its biggest offensive day on the year. He tallied four catches, three of which were touchdowns and three of which were over 50 yards. He has now scored touchdowns in six consecutive games. He has an MVFC-high eight touchdowns, MVFC-high 699 yards and is first in the MVFC and second in the FCS in yards per reception at 25.89. He is the first Panther to score three receiving TDs in a game since Elias Nissen accomplished the feat in 2017. He is the first to score a touchdown in six consecutive games since UNI Hall of Famer Eddie Berlin scored in seven consecutive games in 2000.
