Those 43 starts include every game of Cryder's career, dating back to his redshirt freshman season of 2018. He has never missed a game during his Wyoming career. He helped pave the way for Wyoming to rank No. 2 in the Mountain West and No. 30 in the nation in rushing offense, averaging 195.1 yards per game. - Wyoming Football

  University of Wyoming football center Keegan Cryder was one of 80 returning interior linemen named to the 2021 Preseason Outland Trophy Watch List on Tuesday. The annual award is presented to the nation's outstanding interior lineman at the end of the season. The 6-foot-4, 309-pound junior earned All-Mountain West first-team honors last season as he anchored an offensive line that averaged 219.5 rushing yards per game to lead the MW and finish No. 14 nationally. Cryder enters this season having started 31 consecutive games. He was a second-team All-MW selection in 2019 and last week was named to the preseason all-conference team. - Casper Star-Tribune

  University of Wyoming juniors Xazavian Valladay, linebacker Chad Muma and offensive lineman Keegan Cryder were all selected to the Mountain West Preseason All-Conference first team on Thursday by media attending the MW Football Media Days in Las Vegas. All three Cowboys are repeat selections from last year's team. Cryder (6-4, 309) is a three-year starter on the O-line and will anchor UW's veteran group from the center position this year. - Casper Star-Tribune

He allowed only 1.0 sack for the entire 2019 season, and he was also called for only one penalty. He was a key to the Wyoming offense ranking No. 2 in the MW and No. 23 in the NCAA in rushing offense, averaging 214.8 rushing yards per game as a team.
