Wide receiver Kyle Philips got the call from the Tennessee Titans on Saturday and immediately broke down in tears. For the San Marcos native who led UCLA in receptions the past three seasons, the moment he made the NFL marked a dream come true. "I though t I was going to be able to hold (the tears) back, but I couldn't do it," Philips told reporters after he was drafted. "I was just extremely thankful." Philips, who was selected with the 163rd pick in the fifth round, was one of four Bruins to hear their name called Saturday. He went three spots after defensive tackle Otito Ogbonnia, who was selected 160th overall by the Chargers. Defensive back Quentin Lake also stayed in L.A., going 211th overall in the sixth round to the Rams. - Orange County Registe r
