Bowling Green State University tight end Quintin Morris has agreed to join the Buffalo Bills following the conclusion of the NFL Draft this weekend. A converted wide receiver, Morris was one of the most productive pass-catching tight ends in the country over the past two years. Morris, who hails from Richmond, Texas, was a First Team All-MAC selection in 2020 after being named Second Team All-MAC in 2019. He finished his career with 125 catches for 1,529 yards and 13 touchdowns. - Sentinel Tribune

2020 ALL-MID-AMERICAN CONFERENCE FIRST TEAM (COACHES): Tight End - Quintin Morris, Bowling Green,...After earning second team All-MAC honors a year ago, Morris was named first team All-MAC in 2020. One of the most dynamic pass catching tight ends in the country, Morris has 20 receptions for 248 yards in five games this year. He concluded the season with 125 career receptions for 1,529 yards, a total that ranks 24th in program history. Morris caught six passes in each of the final two games of the season , totaling 81 receiving yards at Akron. Among tight ends, Morris ranks 11th nationally in receptions per game and 13th in receiving yards per game. His 1,529 receiving yards rank second among active tight ends in the country and his 125 receptions are al so second. Morris is the first BGSU tight end to be named first team all-conference since Brett Landman in 1991. - Bowling Green Football

The Falcons have not had a first team All-MAC offensive or defensive player since Scotty Miller in 2016. That drought has a pretty good chance to end this season, particularly from one of the offensive skill positions. Senior tight end Quintin Morris was second team All-MAC last season, redshirt junior running back Andrew Clair is back to full health after a foot injury last season, and redshirt junior quarterback Matt McDonald is a potential game-changer for Bowling Green. - Toledo Blade

Spring practice will start bright and early Saturday morning for Bowling Green, the official start of season No. 2 under coach Scot Loeffler. Bowling Green finished the 2019 season at 3-9 overall and 2-6 in the Mid-American Conference, which included a s hocking victory against Toledo. The Falcons will begin the spring with very few holdovers from last season, making this offseason an important one for the program. What to watch as BG begins practice: Quintin Morris' growth at a key position.Morri s had a promising first season as a tight end in Loeffler's offense, which places a heavy emphasis on the position. Bowling Green moved Morris, who played wide receiver previously, to a hybrid tight end before last season, and he ended being one of the m ore productive pass-catching tight ends in college football. Last season, Morris led Bowling Green in all major receiving categories and earned a nod as second-team All-MAC. With another year in the offense and a full offseason of training to be a tight end, Morris could well be one of the top offensive players in the MAC, and an NFL prospect to boot. - Toledo Blade

2019 ALL-MID-AMERICAN CONFERENCE SECOND TEAM (COACHES): Wide Receiver - Quintin Morris, Bowling Green,...Morris was named second team All-MAC at wide receiver, playing a hybrid position that also saw him line up at tight end for much of the season. It ma rks the sixth consecutive year in which a BGSU wide receiver earned first or second-team honors by the MAC. He joins Scott Miller (first team in 2016 and second team in 2018), Teo Redding (second team in 2017), Roger Lewis (first team in 2014 and 2015) a nd Gehrig Dieter (second team in 2015) among recent wide receiver honorees. All four of those previous wide receivers have spent time in the NFL with Miller and Dieter appearing in NFL games this season.Morris led the Falcons with 55 catches for 6 49 yards this year, adding four receiving touchdowns. He had a season-high 10 catches for 92 yards against Notre Dame. Morris added 90 receiving yards at home against Louisiana Tech and 86 against Ohio. He had two touchdown receptions in the team's seaso n-opening 49-3 win over Morgan State and added another score in a win over Akron. Morris surpassed 100 career receptions and 1,000 career receiving yards during the season and ends his junior campaign with 105 catches for 1,281 yards.
