2019 ALL-GREAT LAKES VALLEY CONFERENCE SECOND TEAM (COACHES): Ricco Gipson, Jr., Sr., LB, MCK,...Gipson led McKendree with 104 tackles this season, including 3 ½ for loss. The 106 tackles by Gipson rank seventh on the program's single-season list. He ma tched a career-high with 15 tackles in the Bearcats' win at home over Southwest Baptist University on Oct. 26. Gipson, who had a team-leading 106 tackles a year ago, finished his four-year McKendree playing career with 292 tackles, which is good for thir d on the Bearcats' career list. This is the second straight year that Gipson earned second-team All-GLVC honors after picking up honorable mention accolades in 2017. - McKendree Football
