Not even NFL busts, CFB busts who never lived up to that grade or expectations. NFL Teams/scouts only grade 8-15 players each NFL draft as a 5* Star NFL Prospect, which means half of the 5 star players loose MILLIONS and regress, never live up to the hype, playing college football.
