Oklahoma State's 23-0 win at Texas Tech marked the first time the Red Raiders had been shut out since 1997 and the first time the Cowboys blanked an opponent on the road since 1995. Before Saturday, the Cowboys hadn't recorded a shutout since an 84-0 win over Savannah State in 2012. Savannah State was in the Football Championship Subdivision at the time. Texas Tech entered the game averaging 33.6 points and 440.6 yards of total offense per game. OSU held the Red Raiders to 108 total yards. - AP College Football
