Jackson State has added another transfer to its football roster. Former Louisville wide receiver Corey Reed Jr. has transferred to play for Jackson State and first-year coach Deion Sanders. Reed originally signed with Louisville in 2017 out of Roswell High School, which is just outside of Atlanta. He played in 13 games as a freshman wide receiver and caught eight passes for 145 yards. He played in two games in 2018 before transferring to Western Community College in 2019 and rejoining Louisville this past spring. Reed, who didn't record a stat for Louisville this season, entered the transfer portal on Dec. 3. Reed joins Ohio University transfer Shane Hooks and Nassau Community College transfer Joshua Okechukwu as recent additions to Jackson State's wide receiver corps. - Courier Journal
