Former Tennessee defensive back Keshawn Lawrence has announced he will transfer to Oklahoma. Lawrence made the announcement on Twitter. Lawrence played in all 10 games as a reserve defensive back and special teams contributor as a true freshman last seas on. The 247Sports composite ranked him the No. 6 safety nationally in the 2020 class and No. 1 player in Tennessee. He's the second former Tennessee player to recently commit to playing for the Sooners. Offensive lineman Wanya Morris announced his commit ment to the Sooners earlier in the month. The former five-star recruit started 19 games in two years with the Volunteers. - AP College Football

Key Lawrence, Tennessee football's top 2020 recruit, has entered the transfer portal. The Nashville Ensworth product is the fifth Vol to enter the portal since Jeremy Pruitt was fired for cause Monday amid an investigation that revealed sweeping recruiti ng violations within the football program. Chancellor Donde Plowman called the investigation's findings "stunning" based on the amount of violations and number of people involved. Linebacker Henry To'o To'o, running back Eric Gray, linebacker Quavaris C rouch and offensive lineman Jahmir Johnson entered the transfer portal Wednesday night. - Knoxville News Sentinel
