  2019 ALL-MOUNTAIN EAST CONFERENCE SECOND TEAM (COACHES): DB Imani Moore, Concord, Jr.,...Moore finished the year with 62 tackles 1.5 tackles for loss, four fumble recoveries, two interceptions and one pass break-up as a safety. One of Moore's fumble recoveries went for a touchdown as he raced 81 yards for a score back in September. Moore's four fumble recoveries led the MEC and is also tied for first in all of Division II. - Concord Football

  2019 ALL-MOUNTAIN EAST CONFERENCE HONORABLE MENTION (COACHES): KR/PR: Tywan Pearce (Concord),...Pearce earned his spot on the All-MEC Honorable Mention Squad as a return specialist for a second time in three seasons. Pearce averaged 21.7 yards per return on 29 attempts throughout the regular season, good enough for second in the MEC. In October, Pearce became the all-time leader in kick return yards at CU, and now has over 1,600 for his career. - Concord Football

  2019 ALL-MOUNTAIN EAST CONFERENCE HONORABLE MENTION (COACHES): LB: Dwain Porterfield (Concord),...Before a season-ending injury in early November, Porterfield racked up 79 tackles in nine games as he still finished top 10 in the MEC in total tackles. The Raleigh, North Carolina native also recorded three tackles for loss, two sacks, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery and an interception. In four of his nine games, Porterfield had at least 10 tackles including a career-best 15 tackles against Fairmont State. - Concord Football

  2019 ALL-MOUNTAIN EAST CONFERENCE HONORABLE MENTION (COACHES): DL Ryan Gatrell (Concord),...As one of the most productive defensive linemen in the MEC, Gatrell racked up 45 tackles, 10 tackles for loss, a sack, two fumble recoveries while forcing an additional fumble. The Huntington, West Virginia native helped Concord lead the MEC in forced fumbles with 14 on the season. Additionally, Gatrell was fifth among defensive linemen in the MEC in tackles. - Concord Football
