Raymond Schalk, Central Washington, Player News

2019 ALL-GNAC FOOTBALL FIRST TEAM (COACHES): Raymond Schalk, Central Washington, OL, So., Seattle, Wash. (Seattle Prep),...Both Will Ortner and Raymond Schalk were staples alongside Streubel on the Wildcats offensive line. Schalk started every game this season up front. He started at Right Guard the first eight games of the year before starting the final three games at Left Tackle. Ortner started the first eight games at Left Tackle before being sidelined by injury the final three games of the year. Both players were key components in an offense that produced a top-10 offense in total yards, along with one of the Division II best rushers and arguably the conference's best quarterback in the latter half of the 2019 regular season. For Schalk, this is his first career All-GNAC honor. For Ortner, it is his second straight All-GNAC honor and first on the First Team. - Central Washington Football
