08/04/18 - Marshal Yanda was activated from the physically unable to perform list by the Baltimore Ravens after passing his physical on Saturday. Yanda was placed on the PUP list when training camp started on July 16 as he continued to recover from a fractured left ankle and offseason shoulder surgery. The 33-year-old fractured his left ankle in a Week 2 win over the Cleveland Browns and missed the remainder of last season.

The 33-year-old Yanda suffered a fractured his left ankle in 2017, ending his season after only two games. He made six consecutive Pro Bowls from 2011 through 2016, and he was twice named All-Pro. Yanda will not practice with the team until the Ravens activate him. That will allow Yanks to continue his rehab as the Ravens begin camp with their veterans.

09/18/17 - RG Marshal Yanda was ruled out for the season with a fracture in his ankle, according to Ravens head coach John Harbaugh. Yanda was injured in a pileup on the first play of the second half during a 2-yard run by running back Terrance West. Yanda walked off the field, but was later diagnosed with the broken bone. Tony Bergstrom will take Yanda's spot at right guard.
