Penix's injury history at Indiana is behind him now, and he is clearly the man in Washington. He has the Huskies undefeated and poised to make a run at the Pac-12 title and a place in the College Football Playoff. Washington's 25-point victory over Kent State, which played Georgia tough, in Week 1 looks better. Penix also led the Huskies to dismantle Michigan State and Stanford the past two weeks. He has thrown for 1,388 yards and 12 touchdowns and has only thrown one interception all season. I am not sure why the odds are not showing him any love. - The Athletic
