  OCT 10 NEC SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Aidan Clark, Central Connecticut, Kicker/Punter, Fr., 6-3, 235, Tolland, CT/Tolland, Week 6 Stats: 44.3 punting avg., 6 punts, 265 punt yards, 2 50+ yard punts, 1 Inside 20, 1 TB, 2-3 PAT,...Clark boomed two 50-plus yard punts and averaged 44.3 yards per boot in Central Connecticut's 27-20 defeat to Brown on Saturday. He punted for 51 yards and pinned the Bears on their own 25-yard line in the first quarter, while his second 50-plus yard boot of the game, which carried for a 62 yards, resulted in a fair catch in the second stanza. A local product from Tolland, CT, Clark added two PATs. The rookie also handled CCSU's kickoff duties, averaging 34.0 yards on four attempts. He ranks second in the NEC in punting, averaging 39.2 yards per boot. This is his first NEC Special Teams Player of the Week honor this season. - NEC Football
