The going rate for Alabama football championship rings appears to be $60,000. At least that's what's being asked for former running back Keilan Robinson's rings from the 2020 season. As of Thursday, the rings are listed at $60,000 on the website of World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop, home of the show "Pawn Stars." The rings are from the SEC Championship win over Florida, the Rose Bowl win over Notre Dame and the College Football Playoff championship win over Ohio State.Robinson transferred to T exas and played for the Longhorns last season. On an episode of "Pawn Stars," the seller named John was looking for $53,000. He and Rick Harrison, owner of the pawn shop, came to an agreement for $40,000. John said he was a college football fan who recei ved the rings as a gift from his uncle. He said he planned to use the money to take his uncle to the national championship game. Robinson spent 2019 and 2020 with Alabama. As a freshman, he appeared in eight games as he finished with 34 carries for 254 y ards and two scores. Former Alabama running back Keilan Robinson is transferring to Texas, he announced Sunday evening. Robinson entered the NCAA transfer portal last week. He opted out of last season after rushing for 254 yards as a freshman in 2019. He re-joins former Tide offensive coordinator Steve Sarkisian, now Texas' head coach. Sarkisian also picked up sixth-year outside linebacker Ben Davis in the transfer portal from Alabama earlier this offseason. Alabama had listed the speedy Robinson as a running back and wide receiver for its spring game in April, but weeks later the program added needed speed at receiver in Ohio State transfer Jameson Williams. - Birmingham News

Alabama's talented offensive backfield will have one fewer member this fall. Keilan Robinson, a rising junior, entered the NCAA transfer portal Tuesday afternoon, AL.com learned. The Washington DC product didn't play as a sophomore last season but was ba ck at practice this spring. He had one carry for five yards in the A-Day game in April. Alabama figures to have a stack running back room this fall even after losing first-round draft pick Najee Harris. Brian Robinson is back for a fifth year as the top returning rusher after netting 483 yards on 91 carries as the backup to Harris. Robinson came to Alabama as a four-star prospect and the No. 15 running back in the 2019 class that also included Sanders. He gained 254 yards on 39 carries as a true freshma n in a reserve role in 2019. A 74-yard touchdown against New Mexico State was the highlight of his only season on the field in Tuscaloosa. - Birmingham News

The status of sophomore running back Keilan Robinson remains up in the air. Robinson, who would likely be fourth on the Crimson Tide's running back depth chart at this point, hasn't taken part in any of the team's fall camp practices. Nevertheless, Alaba ma is in great shape at running back. Former five-star recruit Trey Sanders, who missed his freshman season due to an injury, is apparently looking great and is expected to be a factor within the Tide's running back rotation to go along with players like Najee Harris and Brian Robinson. In addition, it sounds like four-star freshman Roydell Williams has been making a strong early impression. - Birmingham News
