  03/08/23 - WR Dee WigginsrSr/2024, Cincinnati, 6-3, 193 (DS#104 WR) + More +

Louisville transfer Dee Wiggins, a 6-foot-3, 195-pound wide receiver, found several balls Monday. Then again, after transferring from the Miami Hurricanes to Louisville, he's finally comfortable with a set of plays. "The transition for me is 100% perfect," Wiggins said. "This is my first year ever having the same playbook back-to-back. Since my freshman year I've had a different coach every year. I feel more confident and ready." A season-ending injury limited Wiggins to three games at Louisville last year.

He's now on a team that's about to have two receivers drafted into the NFL (Tyler Scott and Tre Tucker) and could fill a void. "Going hard every rep, that's a blessing!" Wiggins said of his day's work. "It's really on me to come out here and do it every day and be consistent. No matter where you go, you've got an opportunity. God created them, you've got to make them." The most experienced returning receiver is Chris Scott, who has added weight and is 6-foot-2, 205 pounds. The physiques of Washington State transfer Donovan Ollie, at 6-foot-3, 212 pounds, and 6-foot-4, 198-pound Sterling Berkhalter of North Carolina A&T (by way of Princeton High) are notable. - Cincinnati Enquirer
