The Tennessee football team has added some experience to its defensive front. On Thursday, USC graduate transfer defensive lineman Caleb Tremblay announced his commitment to the Vols. He played in 18 games and made three starts in three seasons with the Trojans. He had 21 total tackles, 3.5 for loss, and two sacks. Tremblay, who will join former teammate and placekicker Chase McGrath in Knoxville, entered the NCAA transfer portal on April 23. The 6-foot-5, 270 pound Tremblay signed with USC in 2018 out of American River Community College in Sacramento, California. He was ranked the No. 5 junior college defensive line prospect and No. 12 nationally in the 247Sports Composite. He is the fourth player to transfer to the Vols since the 2020 season ended, joining McGrath, Virginia Tech quarterback Hendon Hooker and Michigan quarterback Joe Milton. - Knoxville News Sentinel
