  11/30/21 - WR Dee AndersonrSr/2022, Alabama AM, 6-5, 218 (DS#53 WR) + More +

2021 ALL-SWAC SECOND TEAM (COACHES): Wide Receiver: Dee Anderson - Alabama A&M,...A huge target at 6-6, Anderson (Dallas, Texas) made an immediate impact in his first season with the Bulldogs, hauling in 12 receiving touchdowns in just nine games to rank fifth at the FCS level. At one point late in the season he tied for the national lead with 11 TD grabs and sits just two behind the current leader. He is also ranked 22nd in total touchdowns. In terms of the SWAC, Anderson led the league with those 12 touchdowns and was the league leader in points per game at 8.0.

He finished the season with 33 catches for 493 yards and delivered three games with three touchdowns, including against Tuskegee (9/25), at Grambling (10/2) and vs. Mississippi Valley State (11/6). The latter would see him snag a career-high seven catches for a personal best 122 yards. Additionally, he earned SWAC Co-Offensive Player of the Week on November 8 following that game, helping Alabama A&M to five such awards this season in 10 games. - Alabama A&M Football

  05/14/20 - WR Dee AndersonrSr/2022, Alabama AM, 6-5, 218 (DS#53 WR) + More +

As had been expected for several weeks, Dee Anderson is officially a Cowboy. Oklahoma State posted on Twitter a list of its incoming signees for the 2020 recruiting class, including Anderson's name. The 6-foot-6, 229-pound receiver is a senior graduate transfer from LSU. His arrival at OSU had been anticipated, though he had not made any specific announcements of his transfer destination. Anderson did not play in 2019, which would have been his senior season. He was suspended from the team for what LSU coach Ed Orgeron termed a "conditioning issue." Instead, he redshirted, making him eligible to leave as a grad transfer. Anderson caught 20 passes for 274 yards as a junior in 2018. Originally a four-star recruit, Anderson is from DeSoto, Texas, which has produced for OSU the likes of recently departed cornerback A.J. Green, senior running back LD Brown and incoming freshman Jabbar Muhammad. - Stillwater Press

  08/03/19 - WR Dee AndersonrSr/2022, Alabama AM, 6-5, 218 (DS#53 WR) + More +

Senior wide receiver Dee Anderson is "suspended from all team activities" until he passes conditioning, LSU coach Ed Orgeron said Friday evening. Anderson was not present when LSU opened fall practice. "He had some conditioning stuff to get done," Orgeron said. "When he gets that conditioning stuff done, we feel like he's going to be better. That's all. Just conditioning."

Anderson, who's LSU's tallest wide receiver at 6-foot-5, caught 20 passes last season for 274 yards and a touchdown. He caught a third-down pass against Auburn that extended LSU's game-winning drive. "I think he's going to come along," Orgeron said. "He's going to be fine once he gets in the right conditioning. I think he'll be fine." - Baton Rouge Advocate
